Villa I

Villa I is designed close to the main town and the most beautiful coastline of the northeast side of Paros Island. The residence of 382 sqm is developed into 3 main levels. On the Ground level there are: the living room, kitchen, accommodation areas and WC. The bedrooms, six in total, each one with its private bathroom, are distributed in split levels, with independent access to the exterior, where inhabitants can gather altogether as much as enjoy their privacy. On the Basement level, apart from the storage and MEP equipment rooms, there are en-suite bedrooms with private outdoor patios “cour anglaise”, which can be configured according to the future inhabitants’ needs. The interior architectural study includes bespoke furniture which attributes a distinctive identity and timeless value to the residences. Meanwhile, the chosen materials like wood, stone, ceramics, mortar, and fabrics render the vacation residence in harmony with local architecture and suitable for permanent living. Designed with the highest quality standards, is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, such as KNX Smart Home System, giving habitants the ability to remotely control lighting, cooling, heating as well as an integrated security and fire system.

Σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την καρδιά του νησιού και τις ομορφότερες ακτές της βορειοανατολικής Πάρου μελετήθηκε η Villa I. Η κατοικία συνολικού εμβαδού 382 τ.μ. αναπτύσσεται σε τρία κύρια επίπεδα. Στο Ισόγειο οργανώνονται το καθιστικό, η κουζίνα, οι χώροι διημέρευσης και wc. Τα δωμάτια, έξι σε αριθμό, το καθένα με δικό του μπάνιο, διαμορφώνονται σε διαφορετικές στάθμες με αυτόνομη πρόσβαση στον εξωτερικό χώρο, όπου οι κάτοικοι μπορούν είτε να συνυπάρχουν, είτε να απομονώνονται με ευκολία. Στο επίπεδο του Υπογείου, πλέον των χώρων αποθήκευσης και μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού, φιλοξενούνται και χώροι κύριας χρήσης, με ιδιωτικούς χώρους υπαίθριας εκτόνωσης «cour anglaise», οι οποίοι μπορούν να διαμορφωθούν βάσει αναγκών του μελλοντικού χρήστη. Ο σχεδιασμός ειδικών κατασκευών, bespoke furniture, προσδίδει ταυτότητα και διαχρονικότητα. Παράλληλα, η επιλογή φυσικών υλικών, με πρωταγωνιστές το ξύλο, την πέτρα σε ακανόνιστες διαστάσεις, τα κεραμικά πλακίδια με υάλωση και το φυσικό επίχρισμα σε γήινους τόνους, τα οποία επεκτείνονται και στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, διευρύνουν τα όρια της κατοικίας και δημιουργούν συνθήκες χαλάρωσης. Σχεδιασμένη με γνώμονα τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα ποιότητας πρόκειται για μια κατασκευή, εξοπλισμένη με τεχνολογίες αιχμής, όπως το σύστημα KNX_Smart Home System, παρέχοντας στους χρήστες την δυνατότητα απομακρυσμένου ελέγχου φωτισμού, ψύξης, θέρμανσης καθώς και ενσωματωμένο σύστημα ασφάλειας και πυρασφάλειας. Η κατοικία πλήρως εναρμονισμένη με την αρχιτεκτονική του τόπου, είναι κατάλληλη και για μόνιμη κατοίκηση.
